Key offerings include high-end CNC machine tools, intelligent production lines, and intelligent tool magazines for intelligent equipment; industrial software solutions such as intelligent production line control systems and digital platform systems for smart factories; and industrial services like process expert services and factory management services. Zhikapinfei is dedicated to the research, development, and application of intelligent CNC machine tool production line technology and intelligent metal cutting process technology in China. The company holds multiple invention patents, utility model patents, and software copyrights, and has been recognized as a high-tech enterprise, a specialized and sophisticated SME in Changzhou, an innovative SME in Changzhou, a technology-oriented SME in Changzhou, and a private technology enterprise in Jiangsu Province. The core team members hail from globally renowned intelligent equipment companies, with over two decades of industry experience. They possess independent product R&D capabilities, software development expertise, and extensive project management implementation experience. Since its inception, the company has provided products or services to over 300 domestic renowned enterprises. It also serves as a strategic supplier of intelligent production lines and intelligent tool magazines for several globally leading machine tool manufacturers. A set of automatic loading and unloading systems corresponds to the monitoring of one machine tool, with the option to choose between automatic or manual (offline) control modes, capable of completing unmanned and automated production for a certain period of time.

The system can flexibly handle the assembly requirements of all 13 products in Tianma Zhikong's large-component series, ensuring each product is assembled efficiently and accurately on the same production line. Through meticulous demand analysis and customized solution design, Jiashun Aurora ensures every project phase aligns with practical applications, ultimately achieving the desired outcomes for both parties.

At the same time, we complete self production of previously difficult to control outsourced parts, reducing single unit costs by more than RMB 1.
